Laura has her degree in Interior Design from Brookdale Community College. Laura is a Hunter Douglas Shading and Lutron Certified Shading and lighting Specialist. She is also a member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) and WCAA (Window Covering Association of America). As our shading specialist, Laura works with clients on developing unique window solutions projects meeting individual client needs. Laura works with clients from start to finish to address all project challenges including the selection of best suited fabrics and automation options to support through installation and programming. Laura also works on Residential and Commercial projects where she assists her clients with lighting and controls selections. Laura is AutoCAD certified. Laura is an ingenious, intelligent, and logical designer who adds great value to The Lighting Design Center and its clientele.

Dana believes that behind every great design is perfect lighting. Dana is well versed in lighting, both commercial and residential spaces, however her true passion lies within restaurant lighting design. Dana’s creative background and reputation within the industry has given her countless opportunities to work with some of the most well-known restaurants in the local area. Dana is responsible for lighting The Robinson Ale House in Red Bank, The Iron Whale in Asbury, Deal Lake Bar & Co. in Loch Arbor, and the famous Gargiulo’s in Brooklyn, just to name a few! Additionally, Dana’s knowledge and experience working in computer software, AutoCAD, enables her to create a reflected ceiling plan for any project. With a degree in Interior Design, Dana applies the Elements and Principles of Design in her work, to bring her clients dreams to reality.

Pamela has mastered her education and expertise in the residential building industry for the past 20 years. She exerts a wealth of knowledge and experience working with builders, electricians, designers, architects, and property management. She is a resourceful, creative and solution- oriented person who is frequently able to come up with new and innovative approaches to each project. She holds a variety of professional certifications and designations including ALA Lighting Associate, ALA Lighting Specialist, ALA Kitchen & Bath Lighting Specialist and ALA Recessed Track and Lighting Specialist.

Tracey has been in the lighting industry for over 25 years. Her distinguished reputation and perfected techniques with lighting has made her much sought-after from a variety of electrical and building contractors for all their lighting needs from small custom to large scale residential projects.

Jessica is a graduate of Brookdale Community College, where she earned her A.S. in Interior Design and became AutoCAD Certified. Jessica is a well-rounded individual, as she also served as the Board Secretary for the Interior Design Student Association. At the Lighting Design Center, she assists clientele with Hunter Douglas Shades, Residential Lighting, Commercial Lighting, and all design needs. Jessica is also a Lighting Associate through the American Lighting Association. She brings expertise to every project, while being her fun and passionate self. Jessica is a driven, creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented designer.
Brieanne Sulzer

Brieanne Sulzer is a central New Jersey transplant from the North Fork of Long Island. She started her career in The Hamptons where she spent 10 years designing lighting for Hampton homes and commercial spaces. Brieanne has now been in the lighting & electrical industry for 20 years. Her start in New Jersey was with a manufacturers representation agency where she called on Architects, Interiors Designers, and Engineers assisting with lighting design and photometry calculations. She decided to come back to her roots in the business and has been with Warshauer’s Lighting Design Center for just over 2 years and adds a lot of expertise through her experience and reputation within the industry. Brieanne is AutoCAD certified and currently excels in all facets of lighting including commercial, residential, and home automation. Her energy and excitement for her career are exemplary and it is clearly reflected in the quality of service she provides. You may often hear her catch phrase, “Lighting is exciting!”.
